Onions finely chop both species. Cabbage chop. Turnip, potatoes and carrots cut into middle-sized cubes (side 1 cm). In olive oil, fry the bacon. Pour the onion and leek and cook for another few minutes. Add the chopped carrots, turnips and potatoes, cover the pot and simmer the vegetables for 4-5 minutes.
After that, pour the vegetables with boiling water so that it covered them with the top (about 1.2 liters of water). Add the beans and cook for 2 minutes. Pour the cabbage and continue to cook over low heat for a couple of minutes.
Ready soup with salt, pepper, pour into bowls and place on the table, sprinkle with chopped mint.
