Scone with cranberries and oranges

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour — 2 stack.
  • Baking powder — 2 tsp.
  • salt — 1/4 tsp.
  • Sugar — 2 tbsp.
  • orange zest (grate) — 1 tbsp.
  • Butter (chilled, cut into cubes) — 70 g
  • Buttermilk (can substitute yogurt or sour) — 2/3 stack.
  • Cranberries (dried) — 100-150 g

  • Milk — 1 tbsp.
  • The sugar — 1 tbsp.

  • Description
