Cut the strips of bacon into small slices and fry until it becomes crispy. In a large bowl large Narva lettuce, put them on the slices of bacon.
For the filling, mix in a blender finely chopped anchovies, garlic, lemon juice, vinegar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. At the end, add the olive oil and mix again. Fill salad, mix, sprinkle with grated Parmesan on top. If desired, serve with croutons.
