Festive version of the traditional Italian dessert
Separate the whites from the yolks, combine egg yolks with sugar and mix with a mixer until the egg yolks do not turn white. Then connect the egg yolks and cheese and mix thoroughly. Separately, beat whites into a thick, dense foam and carefully (so as not to lose the lightness) mix with cheese.
Complete biscuit cakes cut in the shape of a heart (2 servings should have 6 hearts). Make coffee, cool, add to the chilled coffee and alcohol in the mixture each dip a biscuit. Remove and allow to drain excess fluid on the grill.
Assemble the dessert: the bottom of the dish, place a biscuit, then distribute part of the cream. Total should have three layers of sponge cake and three layers of cream per serving. The top layer of the cream, sprinkle with grated dark chocolate dessert and store in the refrigerator for several hours. Before serving, garnish the plate raspberries or strawberries, whipped cream and mint leaves.
