Fat edge of meat rub with salt, salt and pepper on both sides. Rub the chops in 2 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil. Mix into a paste 3 cloves garlic, butter and a little salt. Beans boil for 3 minutes in salted water, drain, let cool slightly and remove from their skin.
