Spinach and basil wash, dry. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and fry the garlic, add the spinach and season with salt. Simmer for about three minutes, try to evaporate all of the liquid. Remove from heat, drain off excess liquid and cool.
The cooled mass spinach mix in a blender with the basil leaves, curd cheese and pepper. Put the weight in the saucers, add the yoghurt and finely grated parmesan, stir well and cool in the refrigerator. Serve with sliced ??fresh vegetables or crackers.
