Prunes soaked in brandy for 30 minutes, then grind in a blender. Butter, sugar and salt, beat to a magnificent mass, add the egg yolks with walnuts and flour with baking powder. Enter chopped prunes and whipped protein. Bake in a circular shape at a temperature of 180 C for 30 minutes. Cut the finished cake into two parts, to smear whipped cream inside and outside. Cake are covered with sugar paste, protein cream and decorate with fresh flowers. Similarly prepare the other two tiers.
Protein Cream:Beat the egg whites with the sugar and lemon juice in a thick foam. Fill cream culinary syringe or paper kornetik.
Sugar paste:Gelatin with lemon juice. In a water bath to melt the sifted powdered sugar through a sieve. Add the sifted starch and melted gelatin. Mass stir constantly to avoid lumps formed. Cool. Add 1 hour in the refrigerator. Roll out the cold rolling pin. Sugar paste can be decorated with berry or vegetable juice.
