Onions finely chopped and fry in oil in a deep frying pan, add chopped zucchini (except one), 3 minutes to pour water (broth) and cook until tender. Cool. To pass through a blender along with the garlic, mix with yogurt, lemon juice and finely chopped herbs, salt and pepper to taste. The remaining fresh squash peeled, cut into very thin slices, sprinkle with pepper, salt, sprinkle with lemon juice. Add zucchini slices into a chilled soup.
