Onions clean, chop coarsely, peppers, mushrooms, cut into slices, zucchini — semicircles. In a skillet heat the oil and fry the onions until golden, add the mushrooms, pour a little water and cook on high heat until the liquid has evaporated. Add to the pan zucchini and pepper, overcook them, stirring constantly. Add peas, mix, put a couple of minutes, then add salt and pepper, pour the cream, reduce heat and simmer until cooked a few minutes.
While the prepared vegetables, boil the pasta in lightly salted water. Cheese — grate. Serve the pasta with vegetables and cream sauce, sprinkle with cheese and parsley — optional.
In the vegetable pasta, you can also add the meat: in a separate skillet quickly overcook the chicken slices, pour the cream, put to the pasta and serve with vegetables.
