Tear off the legs from spinach leaves. Wash and pat dry the leaves. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Tear off the coriander leaves and wash them. Preheat oven to 250 degrees. In a skillet, heat the olive oil and curry paste. Put the onion and garlic, and when they fry until golden brown, add the spinach. Cook over high heat until the juice. During cooking, add salt and pepper, stir frequently. At the end, add the coriander.
Prepare 4 pieces of foil. Put each of them prepared mixture, place the salmon fillets on top, seal and bake in the oven at 220 degrees. At the end of cooking the fish ridge should turn pink, and easily separated from the fillets. Serve with lemon juice.
