Crush berries in a blender and divide it into two parts. One part of the berry puree, water, sugar and put in a pan and cook for 5 minutes until a syrup. Cool. Put the syrup in a water bath, add the yolks and stir with a wooden spatula until then, until the mixture becomes viscous. Let the mixture cool.
In a cold bowl of whipped cream. Gently insert the whipped cream and the rest of the berry puree into the mixture. Pour the mass into the form and put for 20 minutes in the freezer to terrine thickened. Serve this dessert cold terrine with sauce of fresh strawberries.
