The bread cut into large strips. Into a bowl mix the fragrant oil and crushed garlic. Use the brush to rub a mixture of butter and toast garlic, sprinkle with salt. Lay on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake in a preheated 180-200 degree oven for about 15 minutes. Turn and hold the croutons in the oven for another 15 minutes.
