Mix the flour with the cinnamon, baking powder, salt and ginger. In another bowl combine honey with vegetable oil and freshly brewed strong coffee. Beat 2 large eggs with 50 g of brown sugar. Continuing to whisk, pour in the egg mixture of honey, add 50 ml of whiskey. Mix honey with flour weight. Add chopped into small pieces pulp sweet apples. Put the dough in a greased apple cake pan and bake for 30-40 minutes at 180 C. Cool in shape.
