This recipe nut fudge on the basis of condensed milk is sure to become one of your favorites. Delicious creamy sweets are prepared quickly and eaten even faster.
To begin prepare nuts. They should be lightly fry in a dry frying pan and grind in a blender until large crumbs. Then take a pan with a thick bottom, put it on the fire, melt the butter in it. When the butter has melted, add the condensed milk into the pan. Stirring constantly condensed milk in the pan, so that it is not burnt, bring the mixture to thicken. When the mixture is slightly thickened, add to it a nut crumb. Some nuts can be left — they are then we will roll our sweet. Continue to boil down the milk mixture on the fire: the mass will boil and thicken even more. Do not stop stirring! When breast mass start is clearly visible «grains» and the mixture will become rich cream color, remove it from the heat and allowed to cool. It remains to form the balls! Chilled sweet scoop a tablespoon and roll balls. The resulting sweet crumble in the remaining nuts (or coconut flakes) and remove at least half an hour in the refrigerator. Our nut fudge is ready!
At the request of sweet, you can add sliced ??banana, raisins, walnuts replace fried sunflower seeds, cashew nuts or coconut.
