To prepare you will need an electric waffle iron to «thick» wafers (Vienna, Belgium). Melt the butter in a microwave oven or a water bath and pour into a large deep bowl. Pour in oil preheated milk and water, add the beaten egg with a pinch of salt. Mix the flour with the yeast and pour a thin stream into the milk-egg mixture, whisking constantly until smooth weight. Add powdered sugar and beat everything again. Cover the bowl with a clean towel and leave to rest for half an hour. Bake in a preheated waffle and grease with butter waffle iron. Ready-made waffles cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries.
