Seabass clean cleaned of scales and viscera, fins cut off and remove the gills, rinse thoroughly and dry. Then Ateret sea salt and black pepper inside and out, and then put on a dish covered with a large piece of foil.
Inside the fish put thyme, lemongrass and peeled garlic clove. Next, fold the foil envelope and carefully pour the fish into the white wine and olive oil, and then fasten the foil so that the liquid will not escape.
The fish is baked on coals for 15 minutes on each side.
The finished dish can be served with any baked or fresh vegetables.
