How to prepare:
beets wash, remove the tail and cut the skin. If beet large, then cut into two or four parts. In the vegetable shredder with a sharp blade cut the beets into very thin slices (about 2 to 3 mm).
beets sprinkled with lemon juice, stir and were dried with a paper towel. Spread the slices in a single layer in the dish out of the microwave. Put for 5 minutes at minimum power, then turn over the slices on the other side, and return for another 5 minutes in the microwave.
