Chef cooking studio Clever told how to cook sweet dessert — strawberry parfait with ginger biscuits and fresh cream.
How to prepare:
Boil thick syrup of sugar and water. Gradually, a thin stream triturants enter it into the egg yolks.
Cooked weight to put on a low heat, stirring, heat a few minutes, without boiling. Remove from heat and stir to cool.
Clean the strawberries and divide into two equal parts. One part postpone for decoration. In other add sour cream and combine with egg mixture. If you have enough time, use pre-prepared sheet gelatin. Ready cream will harden faster.
Put the cream into a round cake pans, cover with pastry. Refrigerate overnight or for a few hours, if you have used gelatin.
Ready to decorate parfait sauce rubbed strawberries.
