One of the easiest meals to my plan and at the same time one of the most useful. There are several types of legumes, full fat, protein and other beneficial nutrients. Cut do not need much, you can cook mainly of frozen products and canned goods. Soup is good in itself, but try to apply it to brown rice: get a satisfying meal in one pot. How to prepare:
One medium onion, cut into cubes. Garlic crushed.
From beans to drain the water and rinse. From canned chickpeas drain and rinse. Prepare canned crushed tomatoes with jalapenos.
In a large soup pot saut? onion and garlic in the broth at a moderately high heat until onions are slightly transparent.
Add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on medium-low heat for 30 minutes.
