In order to make your child eat healthy cottage cheese — not necessarily to force feed him a hated product. It is enough to be smart and to cook original cheese rosettes, before which no one can resist the kid.
How to prepare:
Heat oven to 170 degrees.
The yolks separated from whites. In a separate bowl put cottage cheese, butter, add the yolks and rub gently.
