Creme brulee — perhaps the most delicate dessert of all possible sweets. This cream can be prepared for special occasions or just to show the families and loved ones how much you love them. Chef «Limonchino» shared with us a recipe for this exquisite and elegant dessert.
How to prepare:
Cream, milk, vanilla seeds, sugar, liquor and chicken egg yolk stirred to dissolve the ingredients.
The resulting mixture is poured into special molds of 120 g, and bake in a preheated 100 degree oven for 60 minutes. Next, take out the dessert and give it to cool.
Creme brulee sprinkle with cane sugar and fired karamelizatorom. Decorate with raspberries and mint.
