Panna cotta of yoghurt with jam from berries

  • Cognac — 4 tbsp.

Chef Culinary Studio Clever Sergey Sinitsyn told how to prepare this delicious dessert.

    How to prepare:

    First, you need to soak the gelatin (plate) in cold water for 5 minutes.

    Milk pour into a saucepan, add sugar, stir well and bring to a boil. Then remove from heat.

    Gelatin squeeze gently, add the milk and stir to dissolve it completely.

    Next, add a sprig in the milk of treated vanilla and mix. Then add 400 g of yogurt, 1 tablespoon safflower oil seeds and peel of bitter orange. All mix well, strain through a sieve and pour into a large on formochkam. Cookie cutters put into the refrigerator for 2-3 hours, the mixture is cooled.
