On the eve of All Saints’ Day especially for Woman’s Day Chelyabinsk fudbloger and journalist Lena Moskalenko cooked pumpkin and offers a taste of everything — from the Moroccan snacks to exquisite French dessert.
How to prepare:
Pumpkin bake and process to a puree.
With orange rind removed, cut in half with a sharp knife and pick citrus «fillet». The juice collected.
Mix the mashed pumpkin, to cut oranges, add the sugar and put on a slow fire. When the mass starts to boil gently and «gurgle» put anise and cinnamon — a jam boil down until sugar is dissolved and thickened.
From the finished jam anise and cinnamon remove.
Jam expanded in sterile containers, if you wish to store in the refrigerator or roll-key.
