How to prepare:
First, you need to prepare the foundation. For this sweet pumpkin baked with herbs, honey and olive oil, adding a little salt.
After that, take the baked pumpkin, leek and fry in olive oil, adding vegetable broth.
Next, set simmer for 20 minutes, then break through the blender for a homogeneous mass, filtered through a cone, getting mashed.
Before serving the dish you need to warm up with cream and decorate it boiled black chanterelles (mushrooms or crispy). You can pour the pumpkin oil and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
