Pork baked in cream sauce a la stroganoff, turns incredibly soft and smooth — a perfect dish for a family lunch or dinner.
How to prepare:
Pork tenderloin wash, dry with paper towels and cut into medium size pieces. Onions finely chop. In a bowl Multivarki pour the vegetable oil, put the pork, onion and fry in the «Bake» for about 30 minutes. Do not forget to stir. Next to the meat and onions add the juice of half a lemon.
In the bowl of a blender, add sour cream, garlic, dill, parsley and stayed until a homogeneous mixture. The resulting sauce pour over the pork, put the program «quenching» and cook about 90 minutes, stirring occasionally.
