Dumplings with potatoes — a classic response to this delicious dish. Use our simple recipes and entertain family hearty delicacy.
How to prepare:
Boil the potatoes, pour out the broth and allowed to cool. On a cold potato broth break the egg and stir. On the resulting mixture knead dough. Cover with inverted bowl of it and leave for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Otlezhal knead the dough again. Cut in half and roll out the dough into a thin layer. Cut glass mugs, spread a teaspoon of stuffing and zaschipyvaem on the edge. Dumplings are passed on to a floured cutting board and put in refrigerator.
Similarly, we roll out and the sculpt dumplings from the remainder of the test. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes.
We take out with a slotted spoon and sprinkle with fried onions, bacon, greens. Pour melted butter.
