One of the options of making this delicious creamy dessert. This panna cotta is very tasty, it is tender, flavorful and melting in your mouth!
Cream (20 — 33%) — 600 ml
Powdered sugar — 0. 5 Art.
Alcohol (brandy, rum and so on. d., but not vodka)
Zest of 1 lemon
Vanilla pod — 1
Gelatine — 20 g
Milk — 0. 5 Art.

1. Milk slightly warmed in a saucepan and add the gelatin to dissolve it. 400 ml cream, add grated lemon zest and vanilla stick (or a few drops of extract), and bring to a boil. Once the mixture boils, turn off the heat and take out the vanilla stick and lemon zest.
2. If the gelatin dissolved in the milk is bad, it should be a little bit warm over low heat (do not Boil milk!), then drain and mix with the cream. The remaining 200 ml cream need a little beat up with sugar or powdered sugar, add 1 tbsp. spoon of alcohol. We connect the two parts of cream and stir.
3. Pour cream mixture into the ice-cream bowls or small cups and place in refrigerator for 2 hours. Plums breaks in half and gently simmer in the pan for about 5 minutes, add 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar. In the last minute add 2 tbsp. spoons of alcohol and mix. Hot plums decorate frozen jelly and serve.
