Shrimp — 500 g
Dark beer — 250ml
curry, salt, red pepper, black pepper — to taste
Garlic — 3 cloves
1. Do not thawed shrimp spread on a heated pan and cover with a lid, so that they began to melt. When they start up enough water, open the lid and give the water to evaporate, but not entirely, a thin layer should stay. Then, pour the beer and add the spice mix.
2. Simmer without a lid until such time as the beer almost does not remain. At this point, put the chopped garlic and stir again.
3. When all the liquid boils away, shrimp fry a couple of minutes on both sides, and turn off the fire. If you do this type of shrimp without beer, they get a nice orange — brown, but the beer they darken slightly and lose their appeal.
