Stuffed peppers — this is a very popular recipe. I suggest the classic version, but depending on your taste preferences, you can add stuffing roasted carrots with onions, tomatoes, minced garlic or herbs.
Peppers — 10
Minced meat — 500 g
Boiled rice — 200 g

Sour cream — 150 g
Tomato paste — 150 g

1. Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Mix the minced meat, rice and onions. All the salt, pepper, add your favorite seasonings and mix.
