I am not a lover of jelly, but this is more like milk — vanilla dessert with nuts, rather than the usual for all the jelly with a pronounced flavor of the starch. Instead of almonds you can safely take any nuts. Jam can also take any taste, or use condensed milk. The recipe is very useful to mothers whose children do not like milk in its purest form.
Milk — 1 liter
Almonds — 100 g
The starch (potato) — 5 tablespoons
Sugar — 4 tablespoons
Vanilla sugar — bag
Jam — to taste
1. 50 g almonds grind in a blender. The remaining 50 g coarsely chop knife. Dilute starch in a small amount of milk and stir to avoid lumps. The rest of the milk poured into a pan, add sugar, ground almonds, vanilla and stir, bring to a boil, but do not boil.
2. Then add the dissolved starch and stirring constantly bring to thick. Give the mixture to cool and then poured into molds, sprinkle with chopped almonds and pour the jam.
