Chocolate — 150 g
Egg chicken — 6
Sugar — 0. 5 Art.
Milk or cream — 0. 5 Art.
The flour — 4 tablespoons
Butter — 100 g
1. Chocolate break into pieces and fill it with milk. Put the pan on a small fire and bring the mixture to homogeneity. We separate the egg yolks from the whites. Rub the yolks with the sugar and combine with the chocolate mass.
2. In a separate saucepan, mix the butter at room temperature with the yolk — mass chocolate and flour. Stirring constantly heated on the stove, without boiling. Then we filter the mixture and allowed to cool. It turns out very smooth and homogeneous mixture. Whisk the egg whites with a pinch of salt in a solid foam and gently mixed into the bulk. We shift the dough in a greased with butter form and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 45 minutes. Ready pudding can be decorated with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
