A gentle juicy meat goes well with sweet pineapple and sweet cheese. Prepares and eats very quickly:)
Pork fillet — 700 g
Canned pineapple — 1 jar
Cheese — 500 g
chicken egg — 1
breadcrumbs, salt and pepper — to taste
1. Pork sliced ??to a thickness of about 1, 5 cm. Make every piece of the horizontal incision. Cheese rub on a coarse grater. Each incision put some cheese, then pineapple.
2. Fix the pocket of each with a toothpick.
3. Now rub pockets with salt and pepper. In a separate dish, beat the egg, a little salt the can. Breadcrumbs pour into another bowl. Each pocket is dipped in egg, then in bread crumbs and spread on a heated pan with vegetable oil. Fry on both sides for 12 minutes, then cover with a lid and keep on low heat for about 5 minutes.
