It is very tasty and tender muffins with a crispy crust. It will taste better if you take a few kinds of cheese. On 12 muffins:
Cheese (grated) — 200 g
Flour — 1. Article 5.
Sugar — 1 tablespoons
salt — 1 teaspoon
Baking powder — 1 tablespoons
Milk — 1 cup
chicken egg — 1
The butter (room temperature) — 100 g
Oregano — to taste (basil)
1. cheese rub on a coarse grater or cut into cubes.
