Probably all know the sweet tooth chocolate cream «Nutella». Today I want to tell you how to cook it at home. Just use a good chocolate, then the taste will be just fine. Cream after cooling slightly thicken and it does not have to use any thickening. And if you have kids — that this cream will not last long. The cream can be made only from white chocolate, I have not tried, but I think it is also very tasty.
Chocolate — 100 g
White Chocolate — 100 g
Hazelnut — 60 g
Butter — 60 g
Milk — 80ml
Sugar — 40 g
1. Peeled hazelnuts lightly fry in a dry frying pan. Then crushed it with sugar in a blender or food processor. I became shallow not to fine crumbs, pieces of nuts to feel good in the cream, but if you want a completely homogeneous smooth cream — the grind completely. Chocolate grind knife and added in small portions to the nuts.
2. The resulting mass is mixed with the milk in a saucepan over low heat and bring to a boil (stirring constantly). Give the mixture simmer for 2 — 3 minutes and immediately remove from heat.
