A thick, rich and flavorful hot chocolate nice and warm cheer up anyone. I tried a few recipes of hot chocolate, but this, in my opinion, the best. Also hot chocolate — a favorite treat chocoholic, so if you are among them, you’ll be very pleased with this recipe.
Milk — 800 ml
Cream (20%) — 200 ml
Dark chocolate — 200 g
Cocoa — 2 tablespoons
Cinnamon — 1 teaspoons — of — the request
The sugar — 2 tablespoons
1. In a saucepan pour the milk, add the cinnamon and bring to a boil.
2. Dye for 10 minutes and filtered through a sieve. In water bath melt the chocolate with cocoa, add the cream and stir until smooth. Then, pour a thin stream of milk with cinnamon and stir. Serve hot must.
