Berliner (donut stuffed)

Unfortunately, I’m not really friends with yeast dough, but — because of their love for the Berliner, I decided to try to cook them myself. The recipe itself is good, but I did not give a good test to come, as it was already 11 pm and therefore did not work so Berliner air, what should have been, and looking more like a cake. I will try again, just as we must — then learn to make good yeast dough. The stuffing can be done any — fruit, chocolate and condensed milk.


Ingredients

  • chicken egg — 1
  • The egg yolk — 2
  • Milk — 1. Article 5.
  • The butter (room temperature) — 150 g
  • The yeast (dry) — 10 g
  • The sugar — 4 tablespoons
  • Vinegar — 1 tablespoons
  • salt — 0. 5 teaspoons
  • Flour — 5 4 — 5 Art.
  • Berry syrup — 200 ml
  • The starch (potato) — 2 tablespoons
  • Vanilla sugar — 20 g
  • Vegetable oil — 1 tablespoons + to frying
  • Powdered sugar — 2 tablespoons
  • Note

  • 1. In the warm milk breed salt, yeast and 1 tablespoons of sugar. Pour a small handful of flour. We mix and give a little to stand up to mass covered with bubbles. Whisk butter with the remaining sugar and vanilla. Add the egg and egg yolks, continuing to whisk. Now add the oil to the vinegar, milk — yeast mixture and flour. Knead the dough and leave in a warm place to rise. The dough should increase approximately twice. Meanwhile, the filling can be prepared. For this purpose, 200 ml of cold boiled water diluted with starch, fruit syrup and bring to a boil. Then poured to starch, stirring constantly, cook for 4 — 5 minutes until thick.
  • 2. In the risen dough add 1 tablespoons of vegetable oil and properly punched him. Now we divide it into small equal pieces, which rolled into balls and leave to lie down on the table 30 minutes.
  • 3. I got 27 balls. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil (it should completely cover the bottom) to lay out the balls and fry over low heat, covered on both sides. Always keep the oil level and add it during cooking. Ready donuts spread on paper towels to get rid of excess oil and Let cool completely. Then fill the syringe or pastry filling the bag and stuffed with her donuts. Berliner Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
