Tasty, succulent kebabs just melt in your mouth. Instead, you can use pineapple pepper, potatoes, onions. cook kebabs are better for the guests directly to their arrival, as if warming up, they can be rather dry.
Chicken — 300 g
Pineapple — 200 g
The red sauce (or 3 tablespoons ketchup +1 teaspoons mustard + salt — 100 ml
Soy Sauce — 100ml
Pepper — to taste
1. Chicken fillet wash and cut into small pieces.
2. Mix together the soy sauce, ketchup and pepper (if using). Put the chicken back and put in the fridge to marinate for 40 — 60 minutes.
3. Then put on skewers, alternating, pineapple and chicken. Baking a little grease with butter or blanketed with baking paper and spread to kebabs. Between kebabs should be free space, so they are well propeklis. Send the pan in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 minutes.
