This is a very interesting taste the pudding is required to file with lots of whipped cream or custard. By itself, a sweet pudding, although Jamie pours its golden syrup in English, we do not find this, and some honey poured over it. I think that would be too sweet, but the cream just fine.
Flour — 120 g
Breadcrumbs — 120 g
Butter — 120 g
Sugar — 120 g
Dried apricots — 120g
Raisins (I took 300 g) — 400 g
Milk — 140 ml
Zest of 1 orange
The Egg — 1
Nutmeg — 1 \ 4
Ginger (grated) — 2 tablespoons
whipped cream or custard — to taste
1. Mix together the flour, breadcrumbs, sugar and soft butter (cut into small cubes or grated). Apricots grind knife and washed with add raisins to the dough.
2. Next, add in the egg batter, grated ginger, orange zest and nutmeg. Pour the milk into the batter and mix well.
3. We shift it to bakeware, pre-greased with butter, cover with foil and firmly anchoring it. Put it in a double boiler or a pot filled with water up to half of the dishes. Pan too tightly cover with a lid or foil. Simmer for 3 — hours. Ready dessert, spread on a dish, pour the golden syrup or honey and serve with whipped cream or custard.
