If you love the lasagna, you will certainly be interesting to try different variations of it. This lasagna is preparing a much faster and easier to classical, but in taste, in my opinion, is not inferior. If you’re a fan of classical music, we recommend to look classic lasagna recipe. Well, if you want to try something more original, the current meal approach can be very useful.
Sheets of lasagna — 300 g
spinach (frozen) — 500 g
Bulb — 1
Tomatoes — 2
Ham — 150 g
Milk — 500 ml
Butter — 100 g
Cheese — 150 g
Flour — 50 g
cloves of garlic — 1
Salt, pepper, nutmeg — to taste
1. baking dish grease with 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil and lay out a layer of lasagne sheets. Onion finely chopped. In a pan melt the butter, add the onion and passiruem. Then add flour, fry.
2. Pour a thin stream of milk and bring to a boil. The sauce add a little salt and nutmeg. On low heat continues to heat the sauce until it becomes to resemble a liquid cream.
