A refreshing apple sorbet with sour — a great summer dessert. This sorbet is one feature — it preserves a beautiful green apple through pre-frozen. Unfortunately, my blender could not bear this burden and broke, but before it had time to chop a couple of frozen apple slices, resulting mash and I froze.
apples (Granny Smith) — 4

Lemon — 1
1. From Lemon Juice. My apples, cut into 4 pieces, cutting and folding in the middle of a shape freezing. Fill apples with lemon juice, mix well and send the closed mold in the freezer overnight or for at least 3 hours.
2. In the morning, mix the sugar in a saucepan with water, give the syrup boil 2 to 3 minutes and remove from heat. Apples take out of the freezer, we shift into a blender, pour syrup and quickly grind. We shift the mixture in the form and send back in the freezer for 6 hours. Every hour sorbet should be mixed.
