This cake I prepared dad for his birthday. Unfortunately, the second orange I have turned dry and crumble, so we had to decorate a cake that was in the refrigerator. I used chocolate, whipped cream and apricots. It seems to unscrew, anyway, Dad was very happy, and most importantly :). The taste of the cake is beautiful, aroma and flavor of orange with a delicate Korzh and slightly sour cream — it’s fantastic!
Orange — 2
Cookies Savoyardy — 10 pieces
Walnuts — 1 cup
Butter (room temperature ) — 200 g
Egg chicken — 7
Sour cream (fat) — 500 g

Sugar — 250 g
