This is a very simple, but tasty dish can be used in several cases. It can be served as a side dish to meat, mix with rice and a drink without additives if you want something — something easy, no-calorie and pleasant to the stomach. If you are on a diet, you can not add the broth, the taste does not change much. My whole family really liked the dish, especially rice.
Corn — 1 jar
Sweet pepper — 300 g
onion — 150 g
carrot — 200 g
The broth — 200 g
Salt and pepper — to taste
1. Finely chop the onion, carrot rub on a coarse grater. Bulgarian pepper cleaned from seeds and cut into cubes. In a frying pan warm up the oil and fry the onions until golden brown, add the carrots and fry a few more minutes. Add the bell pepper, fry 5 — 7 minutes.
2. Add the corn. Pour the broth, salt, pepper and simmer another 15 minutes. You can add spices, I added a little chili pepper and mix of Indian spices.
