This is a very simple, but tasty dish can be used in several cases. Ingredients

Corn — 1 jar

Sweet pepper — 300 g

onion — 150 g

carrot — 200 g

The broth — 200 g

Salt and pepper — to taste

Note

1. Finely chop the onion, carrot rub on a coarse grater. Bulgarian pepper cleaned from seeds and cut into cubes. In a frying pan warm up the oil and fry the onions until golden brown, add the carrots and fry a few more minutes. Add the bell pepper, fry 5 — 7 minutes.

2. Add the corn. Pour the broth, salt, pepper and simmer another 15 minutes. You can add spices, I added a little chili pepper and mix of Indian spices.
