Today, I first tried arugula, and unfortunately, was upset, her taste I did not like. But I still add it in small amounts in a salad, and oddly enough, it was there very helpful. Still I did not add the celery, because I do not like it, too. However, the salad turned out delicious, and everyone in my family liked, especially those who love the arugula:).
Beans (canned or boiled) — 1.5 cans
apple (Granny Smith) — 1
Arugula — 1 bunch
Celery — 3 stalks
Sour cream — 200 ml
English mustard — 1 tablespoons
Garlic — 2 cloves
Salt and pepper — to taste
1. Beans wash under water and filter. My arugula and tear into small pieces. Apple purify and cut into strips. Celery wash and cut into slices. Garlic is forced through a press and mix with sour cream, mustard, salt and pepper. In a bowl, mix apples, beans and celery.
2. To add salad dressing and mix thoroughly. Before serving, add the arugula salad and again mix.
