This shortbread is very fragile and delicate. Secret its preparation consists in the fact that it is preparing to yolks and cornstarch. The filling can be used as either a thick jam. This cookie has surpassed all my expectations, the family was also very pleased. By the way, this cookie is perfect as a Valentine on Valentine’s Day:)
Flour — 290 g
The egg yolk — 4
The butter (room temperature) — 130 g
Sugar — 100 g
Starch — 50 g
salt — 1 pinch

1. rub the lemon zest on a fine grater. Rub the yolks with the sugar until white. In another bowl, mix the flour with the starch, a pinch of salt and lemon zest. Then add the egg yolks, butter, and stir thoroughly.
