This recipe for bruschetta I found Olya in the «Delicious blog.» I liked the bruschetta for breakfast, they fit perfectly. On 8 Bruschetta:
A slice of white bread — 8
Ricotta (can substitute fat cottage cheese with a little sour cream) — 200 g
Sweet pepper — 1
cloves garlic — 2
salt — to taste
Extra virgin olive oil — to taste
1. Slices white bread dries on a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown.
2. My Pepper, cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil until soft.
3. Sliced ??bread rub garlic on the one hand and lightly sprinkled with olive oil. Ricotta mix with salt, pepper, on — Optionally, you can add chopped parsley. Spreadable mixture of slices of bread on top put slices of roasted pepper and decorate with greenery.
