For many months I have put off cooking strudel, but when they brought me a very beautiful and fragrant apples, I decided it was time. Of this kolichetsvo ingredients obtained 2 large strudel. Ingredients

  • Flour — 400 g
  • Warm water — 150ml
  • The butter (room temperature) — 100 g
  • Olive oil — 3 tablespoons
  • Vinegar 6% — 1 tablespoons
  • salt — 0. 5 teaspoons

  • Filling:
  • Apples — 1. 2 kg
  • Raisins — 200 g
  • Breadcrumbs — 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar — 7 tablespoons

  • 1. In a large bowl sift the flour and mix it with salt. In the middle of doing a recess break the eggs into it, and then add the olive oil, vinegar and butter. Knead the dough, gradually adding warm water. Knead the dough should be 15 — 20 minutes.
