This recipe shared with Olga Milaja now prepare at home. The recipe is very simple, not expensive, useful and interesting. Next time I will do a little more, it is very tasty:)
Cabbage — 500 g
garlic cloves — 3
Carrots — 1
Bulb — 1
salt — to taste
The greens — to taste
Butter — 50 g
Nuts — 2 tablespoons spoons
Breadcrumbs — 4 tablespoons
1. Cabbage shinkuem. Carrots cleanse and rub on a coarse grater. Onions cut into cubes. Finely chop the garlic, herbs milled. In a frying pan warm up vegetable oil, fry the onions, then add the carrots.
2. Lightly fry and add the cabbage. Salt, pepper, add the herbs and simmer until half cooked cabbage.
3. Now prepare crumb. To do this, mix butter, nuts and bread crumbs in a blender and pulverized into crumbs.
4. We shift the cabbage in a greased baking dish and distribute a nut crumb. We send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20 — 25 minutes.
