Another recipe for the week of Italian cuisine. In Italian cooking omelets called fritattoy. This omelet is amazing, I have never eaten such delicious omelet. It’s very simple prepared, but it has an unforgettable taste! On 2 small portions of:
Egg chicken — 4
Mushrooms — 200 g
Garlic — 2 cloves
salt — to taste
Pepper — to taste
1. mushrooms to clean and cut into thin plates.
2. Finely chop the garlic and fry in 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Then add the mushrooms, salt, pepper and fry for 10 minutes.
3. We shift the mushrooms on a plate. Lightly beat the eggs with a pinch of salt. In a frying pan warm up 2 tablespoons of olive oil and pour in the eggs. When the eggs are slightly browned bottom, perform several times with a fork, to the liquid portion has moved down. Hold on fire one minute, then lay out the fried mushrooms on one half of the omelette. Wide spatula add up omelet in half, so the mushrooms will be inside. Fry for 1 minute, flip, fry 1 minute and serve.
