Bruschetta — is loved by all Italians dried bread, drizzled with good olive oil first cold pressed. Bruschetta prepared with different products, the most simple — a bruschetta with tomatoes. Serve bruschetta as an antipasto (appetizer). I really liked the bruschetta, they are very fragrant, crunchy with a juicy filling. Unfortunately, I did not find fresh basil, so I had to add it in dried form. On 8 bruschetta:
Half of white bread
Tomatoes — 3
Garlic — 3 cloves
1. White bread cut into slices and fry in dry frying pan or on the grill until golden brown. Warm bread slices garlic rub.
2. Garlic can push through the press and smear weight bread. Dice tomatoes. Mix with chopped basil, olive oil and salt. Oregano rub between your fingers and add to the tomatoes. On each slice of bread, spread the tomatoes and decorate with basil just before serving.
