This salad lovers an unusual combination of salty and sweet, if you stick to traditional views, salad you would not like it :). In my family, everyone loves a mix of meat with fruit salad so that we liked. Pickles and pork should be identical to the salad turned out not too acidic.
Boiled pork or beef — 300 g
mushrooms — 400 g
onion — 1 — 2
Pickles — 2 -3
seedless grapes — a handful
Home-made mayonnaise — 2 tablespoons
Salt, pepper, herbs — to taste
1. Mushrooms and onions cut into cubes and fry until golden brown in vegetable oil.
2. Let cool the mixture. Meat and cucumbers cut into cubes.
3. Grapes cut in half, herbs finely crumble. Mix pork, mushrooms, onions, cucumbers, greens and grapes, dressed with mayonnaise and pepper to taste.
